Kiteboarding is a favorite hobby of mine. So, needless to say, when the Noir Matter Quark Stabilizer appeared In one of my SM feeds recently, I was very intrigued. Placing an order in one of their initial pre-order offers, the Full Pack I ordered recently arrived.
Noir Matter Quark Stabilizer
The Noir Matter Quark Stabilizer Full Pack Comes including the following:
- 1 x Quark Stabilizer. The quark also comes with some assorted GoPro connection accessories. As well as a USB Charging Cable.
- 1 x Quark Stabilizer Case. The Quark will fit in the case with GoPro attached! This beautiful, semi-hard type case will work way better than the sunglasses sock I currently use!
- 1 x Quark Pole. This pole mount feels solid. Made with aluminum and adjustable from 30cm to 90cm, it also has a unique ¼” multiway mounting screw allowing you mount non-GoPro accessories if wanted.
- 1 x Quark Kite Line Mount. This line mount looks strong. Furthermore, it can be used without the Quark, if needed.
Let’s take a closer look.
The Noir Matter Quark is a compact, lightweight, one unlimited axis stabilizer for GoPro. What’s more, It is also waterproof and dustproof.
There are a lot of stabilizer slash gimbals on the market but few give the option to use all models of GoPro camera Via the original GoPro style mount. The Quark Pole gives you two attachment options, both the GoPro style mount and the ¼” mounting screw.
Unfortunately, most of the other gimbal options are designed to only fit the newer GoPro cameras without the waterproof case. So being able to use your older GoPro camera, and in wet conditions is a “game changer”. The included Kite Line Mount Looks and feels super strong, I will feel confident using this when Kiteboarding.
Check out the way I plan to use this most. Mounted on my C-Grip Handle.
Safely storing your Quark with GoPro attached is easy, as the case is designed to fit both with ease!
I am really excited to get Noir Matter Quark out and run it through its paces. Check back at a later date for a detailed user review.
